Cancellation of Privates & Semi-privates
We do know that there may be times that you have to cancel your session, however, your appointment is reserved specifically for you. Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel and rebook to ensure you are not charged for a missed appointment.
Missed Mat or Equipment Classes
Group classes are registered. As such, you pay for your entire session. If you miss a class, we do have drop-in classes you can attend. In addition, you have the option to attend a class at a similar level if there is a spot available.
Make-Up Classes
We have designated drop-in classes that you can use to make up a missed class in the current session. All drop-in classes are on a first come basis. A missed reformer class can be made up with either a reformer class or a mat class. All missed classes must be made up during the current session.
Private & Semi-Private Payments
Payment is required when your appointment is booked to reserve your time with a certified instructor. Please remember there is a 24 hour cancellation policy to ensure you are not charged for your session.
Refund for Registered Class Due to our small class sizes, there is no refund once a class has started. However, we do understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen and therefore you may transfer the remaining portion to a family, friend and/or co-worker.
