ANASTASIA

Anastasia is a certified personal trainer and holistic nutritionist with many years of health education experience. She has successfully helped numerous people gain more energy, achieve a healthy weight, gain strength, improve posture and accomplish their athletic goals. She has two Bachelors Degrees, one in Physical Education from the University of Alberta and the other in Education from the University of Calgary. Anastasia is also qualified to teach functional fitness, TRX Suspension Training, Pilates, and Pre and Post-natal fitness. She has completed many triathlons and loves to run half-marathons, cycle, hike, and go on travel adventures.

 Anastasia’s motto is “train smarter not harder.” Since becoming involved in Pilates, Anastasia’s approach to movement and personal training has changed. In order to get the most out of your workouts and avoid injuries it’s important to apply the five principles of Pilates to maximize the benefits of exercise. Anastasia manages training from a holistic lifestyle perspective. Proper nutrition, sleep, stress management and exercise program must be considered and designed to meet your specific needs. Everyone is unique and therefore requires a personalized wellness system.
