Specialty Classes
Kickstart to Health Class: This is our first holistic class and includes nutrition, a challenging workout and a segment on mind-body connection and the power of visualization. This is an 8 week course and each class will run 75 minutes. The nutrition component is about nourishing your body and not depriving it. The exercise portion will be a challenging blend of core stability, strength, cardio, power, agility, balance, speed and flexibility. The class size will be small to enable sharing and learning - picture your living room without the couches. Join this class and start a more focused and sustainable approach to health and wellness and those skinny jeans will be yours!
Rebounder Class: An old exercise coming to life again! Rebounding is a fantastic way to improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as detoxify your body. The trampoline moves your lymphatic system thereby improving its ability to eliminate toxins and water retention. Rebounding is a great calorie burning exercise and uses more calories than running. It's also safe on the joints, great for injuries, and fun to do!
Design a Class:
Do you have a group of at least four people who want to set up their own program? We offer a 'Design a Class' program where you can work with an instructor and create your own exercise regime utilizing the Pilates principles and all apparatus/equipment. Cardio, stretching, body sculpting, athletic conditioning, dance movement, team building, boot camp...your imagination is the only limitation. Price is dependent on the requested program and number of participants.
Fitness Kickboxing:
Fitness kickboxing is authentic kickboxing training without the sparring. It teaches the basics of self-defense but the focus is on helping you achieve fitness goals. You wear weighted gloves as you throw punches, burning calories and building muscle while using the Pilates principles to protect and strengthen your core. The muscle toning and cardio component of kickboxing plus the balance, core control and stabilization aspects of Pilates makes for an unbelievable work out!
