What's New for JANUARY 2012
New and offered exclusively at Pilates North - our 2012 KICKSTART TO HEALTH class. This class is our first holistic class and includes nutrition, a challenging workout and a segment on mind-body connection and the power of visulaization. This is an 8 weeks course with each class 1 hour and 15 minutes in length. Every class will consist of a nutritional topic and class discussion. You will learn what foods work for you and your life style - this is not a "one-size-fits-all" diet. The nutrition component is about nourishing your body not depriving it. The exercise portion will be a challenging blend of core stability, strength, cardio, power, agility, balance, speed and flexibility. The class size will be small (max 8) to enable sharing and learning - picture your living room without the couches. So start the New Year with a more focused and sustainable approach to health and wellness and those skinny jeans will be yours.
We will still be offering our"VALUE ZONE" in the New Year! Instead of participating in the group on coupons to attract new clients, we at Pilates North decided to offer both our existing and new clients some options for privates/semi-privates and classes at a reduced rate. Our Value Zone pricing option is in effect for all new classes and privates/semi-privates schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are also introducing a student instructor rate. This is an instructor who has taken the STOTT Pilates training and is working towards their certification exam.
